  1. How long does it take to ship my parts once I have paid for them online?

    • Most of our inventory is kept online so you can see what we have in stock. Most parts are kept stock and can ship same day if ordered before 5pm CST. Specialty items will take longer and will be notated in the product description and when you try to check out.

  2. How long does it take to ship my valves once I have paid for them online?

    • If a valve is in stock, it can ship same day if ordered before 2pm CST. Large quantities will usually ship within 1 - 2 days. If the valve is not in stock, the build time is usually 3 to 4 days plus shipping.

  3. I do not see the product I am looking for online, how can I get it?

    • We are continuously adding new products to the website, until your products are uploaded you can call us on 713-253-3453 or send us an email via sales@heshkaoil.com.

  4. How do I order large quantities of items online?

    • If you require large quantites of items, usually over 30pcs, please call us at 713-253-3453. We will try to get you the best deal possible and notify you of the shipping schedule.

  5. Can I apply for credit and purchase online?

    • Yes, but you need to call or email us for a credit application and we will credit your online account once you have been approved.
