Key Features
Seal Assembly, Latch Assembly with No-Go Shoulder & latch dogs, locking mandrel, external sealing capability.
BPV Module with poppet and thread for connecting to the Latch Assembly.
BPV module replaced with Two Way Check Valve module when testing of the BOP or Wellhead Tree is required.
BPV is pump through capable to control the well in case of emergency.
Poppet needs to be unseated to equalize pressure before retrieving BPV.
Fitted with bore sensing pins that prevent the setting of the dogs until they have reached the correct position in the tubing hanger.
Lock mandrel dogs are positioned below the seals preventing them from being jammed by settling sediment.
Lock mandrel dogs are designed to take full pressure load in both directions. No load is transmitted through the No-Go shoulder.
